Due to the present pandemic, the formation of our newest Leo club was kept low key and in a simple ceremony to commemorate the occasion. DC Leo Sim Kuang Boon, RC Helena Lim and President Roger Ting conducted the simple and yet memorable ceremony with the key officers of the new Leo club.
