Mangrove trees planting @ Kuching Wetland National Park 20.9.2014

One thousand mangrove seedlings were planted by Lions members, staff from Forestry department and Red Crescent members at the Kuching Wetland National Park on Saturday morning. This meaningful environmental project is jointly organised by Jabatan Hutan Sarawak, Region 1 Lions Clubs and Red Crescent Pending Chapter. 

 President Irene, PP Jessie and Lion Alice represented the club to make a difference to the environment.
