A major rural service project was carried out in this village called Kampoung Senah Rayang in Padawan. Residents from three other villages also came for the health screening. The project was held in SK St James Rayang. The club donated story books and stationaries to the students. They also gave light refreshment to the villagers who came for the screening.Over 200 people were screened during the project. The health screening was carried out by the staff from Health department, Kuching division. YB Dato' Dr James Dawos Mamit, Member of Parliament for Mambong and Deputy Minister for Tourism was the guest of honour. 16 members participated in this project and a few friends of Lions also came along to help.
