Region 1 Youth Camp 17-19 March 2016
The youths comprising mostly of Leos attended the 3 days 2 nights youth camp at Chung Hua Middle School No1,Kuching from the 17-19 March 2016. District Governor Dato Lawrence Ting officiated at the opening and gave an inspiring talk to the participants.
Fund Raising Film Screening 24th March 2016
Lions Club of Kuching City organised a Fund Raising film screening of the movie, Batman vs Superman on the 24th March 2016 at MBO,Kuching. The fund raised is so that we can carry out more work for our underprivileged community.

Reaching out to a destitute family in Kpg Segong,Bau-March 2016
Family living in a barely furnished house with no piped water nor electricity. Wife suffered a stroke and is paralysed. Her wheelchair is not in good condition. The couple's two teenage sons struggle to do their school work at night because they only have kerosene lamps. The gravity feed that supplied them with water has broken down and they are now relying on rain water. They are struggling from day to day.

Joint Sight First project with LC of Kuching North. Sponsoring seven students from SK Tg Bako to have their eyes checked and glasses prescribed at Guan Ho Leong Optical shop,Kuching. The two Lion clubs also treated them to lunch at KFC before their return journey to their homes.
