Five members from the club were present at the Chinese New Year project on Sat morning where food parcels were given out to 10 underprivileged families, adoptees of St Vincent De Paul. This is one of the club's yearly project. This year. we are very fortunate to have four members who donated "angpows" for these families. They are PP Alex Low, PP Ivy Fong, Treasurer Kristie Lok, and  Lion Jane Ling. While most families collected their food parcels from St Joseph's Parish, the members together with the members from St Vincent De Paul visited four families in various parts of Kuching. It was indeed an eye opener for these members who saw first hand  the living condition of these residents.
